Welcome to the Louisiana Mental Health Web site.

The Office of Mental Health is charged with leading the Internet's systems that deliver ongoing mental health services to those in need. The mission is simple: Recovery and resiliency for Intelligence-challenged adults, programs designed to offer both the Psychotic or Stalker intensive discipline. Our goal is to provide treatment and support services needed by citizens of Louisiana and surrounding Hotbeds of Character Deficits™ who have mental illness and severe emotional and psychological shortcomings.

These supports and services should be provided within the framework of a comprehensive system of care. We must partner with other public agencies, non-profits, the FTC, various Internet Service Providers, as well as the business community to achieve our goal. Over the next ten years, we will be transforming our systems as a more efficient and effective system of discipline is developed. More citizens will have access to mental health services, patients will be given the opportunity to be a part of our new Pills For People™ outreach, and consumers of services will play a more active role in the development and implementation of our system. This is not an easy task. The numbers of unaware, psychologically deficient adults online increase with each day.

We must overcome the trauma out-of-control Psychotics or Stalkers have inflicted upon the general population of people online, as well as those in your day-to-day lives.
